Support for adults on the spectrum

Did you know that autistic children grow into autistic adults? Sounds like common sense right? But often in the media the focus is on the under 18's.

As an adult you might not be diagnosed as autistic, but through reading and research you may think the autistic profile sounds just like you. From struggling at school, difficulties with figuring out how to communicate, to fitting in at work, college or even within your own family.

But where and what support can you as an adult access?

There are things out there such as weekly social groups with like-minded people, email befriending services, autism specific talking therapies (such as us at Towards Change Ltd) and many social media support groups.

Have a look out there for something that suits you and your situation right now.
